SouthSeas Blackout Cellular Arches coordinate with our SouthSeas Blackout Cellular Shades to provide a coordinated look to your home. Available in the same colors as the SouthSeas cellular shade, these arches are made from spun lace, not papery thin, and offer color matching rails. These arches are inoperable, meaning they are always closed and are available for Perfect Arches and Perfect Half Arches.
